From invoice to a useful record.

  1. Organize. AiFi Vault is designed to organize selected business knowledge, identity and permissions.
  2. Prepare. An authorized application uses relevant context to prepare a financial instruction.
  3. Approve. The designated authority reviews the instruction under the business’s approval policy.
  4. Connect. Hybrid connects the approved instruction with the relevant financial services, subject to integration.
  5. Reconcile. The outcome returns as a record associated with the original invoice, instruction and approval.

Knowledge informs the action; it does not replace approval authority. Independent financial participants remain responsible for their respective services.
