Strategic opportunity

Connect eligible activity
across financial markets.

A practical path from an authorized instruction to liquidity, settlement and a usable business record.

The USD1 opportunity

AiFi’s strategic objective is to support USD1 as a preferred settlement currency across eligible participating networks. Through Hybrid, institutional payment, liquidity and settlement activity could expand USD1’s practical distribution and transaction use.

For World Liberty Financial, the potential value is broader institutional use through connected financial participants. For participants, it is a way to connect eligible stablecoin activity with useful financial services, including relevant spending programs.

This is a strategic objective, not an announcement of an executed World Liberty Financial partnership, endorsement, exclusivity arrangement or completed USD1 integration. Other eligible stablecoins and settlement routes remain part of the architecture.

Illustrative institutional use case · Integration required

U.S. digital-dollar activity.
European liquidity and services.

An eligible institutional participant wants to connect its U.S. digital-dollar activity with a European liquidity or financial-product service supplied by an independent licensed venue.

  1. Establish eligibility. The participant and venue confirm the permitted customer, service, markets and transaction structure.
  2. Authorize the instruction. The participant specifies the purpose, amount, destination and applicable approval policy. Authorized business context may come from AiFi Vault where implemented.
  3. Connect the services. Hybrid could connect the relevant payment, conversion, liquidity and settlement services through agreed integrations.
  4. Use the independent venue. The venue supplies its own eligible product or liquidity service under its own licensing, operating and commercial responsibilities.
  5. Return the outcome. Settlement references return to the participant to support reconciliation against the original instruction and approval record.

The intended outcome is a clearer connection between eligible participants, capital, liquidity and services across markets. Customer access remains subject to the venue’s requirements; licenses do not transfer between participants.

Define the route before promising the result.

An evaluation needs the intended participant, eligible service, supported assets, liquidity providers, settlement destination, approval model and reporting requirements. Timing and availability depend on the route and its providers.

Specific trading structures, participant names and additional corridors can be described once their role and publication status are confirmed.
